Life is Wonderful!

This post is going to be a mixture of everything. I find that I don't post for a while and then I just combine everything into one big post.

In March my sister Heather invited me to go on a little girls weekend with her and our friend Brienne. We decided it would be a lot of fun to get a hotel room downtown. We booked a room at The Little America. It was a very cute room but the beds were not comfortable at all! Also note to self...always take your OWN pillow to any hotel!!! We decided to go to The Lion House for dinner. I got a big bowl of clam chowder, a roll, fruit and a dessert for only $3! What a deal! And it was super yummy. We then went back to the hotel and just talked and ate junk food. Both Heather and Brienne have kids so I know that is what mothers tend to talk about (which is fine with me because it is funny to hear the things they do) but since I don't have a baby to talk about I just talked about Kade too. I am a very proud Aunt! The next day Brienne had to go back to Logan for work but before she left we went to The Village Inn for breakfast. Heather and I then went to Jordan Landing and did some shopping for easter. It was a really fun weekend and I hope we do it again soon! I didn't take a ton of pictures but here are a few...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO US!

March 26th is Jordan's birthday and it was his "Golden Birthday". He turned 26 on the 26th. I planned a small surprise party for him at Red Robin. I think he had an idea that I was planning something but didn't know what. We ate with friends and then we went to Tony and Jessica's for dessert and The Simpson's Trivia game. Jordan and I decided that we weren't going to spend a lot on birthdays anymore since we were buying a house but I did get him a new pair of shorts for the summer. He really likes them and they look really good on him too! We all had a fun night and I am so happy that I did it all without him finding out! I am so grateful for Jordan and for how well he treats me! He deserves only the best! May 4th was my birthday and I turned 23. The fourth was a Tuesday so I took the day off of work and spent it up in Syracuse with my family. We went to lunch at Zupas and then spent the afternoon watching home videos. I am so happy that my Dad video taped so much because I love to watch them and remember when we were younger! Thanks Dad! I ate dinner with my family because Jordan had finals and so he needed to study. That didn't stop him from doing something for me though. When I went downstairs he had decorated the living room and he gave me three gifts. He gave me a gift card to the movie theatre, a gift card to Tucanos Brazilian Grill, and a shopping spree for one outfit. He is always so thoughtful! He definetly got me more than I got him. (I took that we weren't going to do anything big for birthdays seriously but he obviously didn't. Not Fair!)We both also had birthday dinner's at both parents house and thanks to all of them for the sweet gifts and meals!

Notice the real tulips in the middle of my cake :)

A couple weekends ago Jordan and I went shooting with his brother Tyler and two cousins Brett and Blaine. It was so much fun! I do enjoy a good morning of guns :) I never thought I would really like it that much but it seriously is a lot of fun! We went out by Grantsville and shot for a couple of hours. Here are some pictures of our fun day as well as some video. I know that I look a little awkward but it was still a lot of fun.
